AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN,MECHANIC

Our used car dealership is in need of an experienced, thorough auto mechanic for our service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on dealership and customers vehicles, including air conditioning and and electrical problems. We’re looking for a well trained and highly organized professional who takes pride in his or her work and can perform various duties required throughout the day. We only employee one mechanic, hours are flexible, Must have the desire to work. Pay based on experience.

Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency
Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
Be able to work day time hours
Inspect and test vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made
