Behaviour Mentor required to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a Key Stage 4 student who no longer attends a mainstream school. We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor who has experience supporting students in a PRU or SEMH School. The ideal candidate will be resilient, able to build rapport quickly, and have a calming presence in the classroom. Excellent communication skills are a must in this role!
As a Behaviour Mentor you will be acting as appositive role model for a student who has faced significant social and academic barriers. This role requires a committed mentor who is able so support this student for the remainder of the academic year.
