Chandler, AZ Full Time Hours: Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 25 - 28 Call Schedule: Phone and Hospital Call Loan Repayment Compensation: Base Salary up to $325,000 plus RVU productivity bonus Benefits: - Medical, Dental, Vision- 403(b) retirement- Annual CME allowance + Paid CME time- Vacation and sick time- Approved employer for student loan assistance programs through State of AZ, HRSA and NHSC Additional Info: We are seeking a mission-minded, dynamic, compassion-centered physician for a traditional OB/GYN role.Responsibilities- Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient care plans, instructing and counseling patients, and recording progress.- Supervise Medical and PA students during their clinic training- Provide inpatient hospital obstetrical coverage for center patients when on-call- Perform surgeries as deemed appropriate for patients on scheduled surgical days at the hospitalQualifications- Demonstrated competencies in dealing with all age groups including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients- MD/DO- BC in OB/GYN- Active AZ license (or ability to obtain)- Spanish speaking preferred but NOT required
