Job Summary:
- Asthe Quality Management Coordinator (Patient Safety RN), youwill assist the organization with regulatory surveys and regulatorycompliance through continual survey readiness activities.
- Youwill monitor policies, adverse events, and clinical practice to maintainregulatory compliance and current evidence based practice.
- Youwill organize and maintain systematicdata collection and flow of information between departments and into applicablecommittees.

Qualifications
- RN with current Tennessee licensure; BS required
- Clinical background 4 years experience
- Minimum 1 year QA/PI experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Technical skills: Strong computer skills and statistical analysis knowledge, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organized and detailed, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
