Job Summary: - You will monitor,record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- You will maintainaccurate, detailed reports and records.
- You will recordpatients' medical information and vital signs.
- You will order,interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient'scondition.
- You will monitorall aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
- You will preparepatients for and assist with examinations or treatments.

Qualifications
- RN licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing license from a compact state.
- Pediatric ICU RN Experience Required
